CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand plans change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible.

  • Cancel 30 or more days before check-in and you'll receive a full refund no questions asked. 

  • Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in and you'll receive a 50% refund. 

  • Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and we're unfortunately unable to offer a monetary refund.
